The ritual of drinking vinegar to strengthen body and mind has been part of Japanese food culture for centuries.

Mizkan, Japan’s leading vinegar producer, has over 200 years of provenance and craft in making ‘saki-cake’ based vinegars. Our team partnered with Mizkan to create OSU, a dilutable Apple Cider Vinegar, naturally flavoured with fruit juice. The design captures the essence of Japanese health and longevity, drawing on the symbol of continuity, the Cherry Blossom, and supporting this with Japanese character and detail. The design extols the many benefits of daily vinegar drinking and importantly provides a clear ‘story’ for the entire category.
